
This bill would make decisions that are negotiated through arbitration about public employees' salaries, insurance plans, and pensions final. A court would not be allowed to overturn these decisions.
We are all part of an economy that is massively weighted against workers and in favor of corporate power and wealthy shareholders. This is one of the top bills to put a small amount of power back in the hands of employees.
The bill was vetoed by the Governor and died after failing to garner the 2/3rds votes necessary to override the veto in the House.
